Inviting Members
To invite new members to your TrueKYC team, follow these steps:
- Go to the “Members” section in the navigation panel.
- Click the Create New button at the top-right corner.
- Fill in the member’s email address and select a role for them (Admin or Compliance Officer).
- Submit the form to send an email invitation with a registration link to the new member.
The number of members you can invite depends on your subscription plan. If you reach the member limit, upgrade your plan or remove an existing member to invite a new one.
Only Admins have the ability to invite new members to the company account.
