Authentication

This guide will help you get started with TrueKYC by walking through the steps of signing up, verifying your identity, logging in, and logging out of the platform.

Signing Up

  1. Navigate to the Sign Up page.
  2. Fill in the required details:
    • First Name: Your first name (this is a required field).
    • Last Name: Your last name (this is a required field).
    • Company Name: The name of the company you’re registering (this is required).
    • Email: Your email address (must be a valid email).
    • Phone Number: Provide your mobile number, which will be used for OTP verification.
    • Password: Choose a secure password that meets the platform’s password requirements (8-20 characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number).
    • Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm it.
  3. Click Next to proceed to the next step where you will provide your email and phone number for verification.

SMS Verification

After entering your phone number during registration:

  1. You will receive an SMS with a One-Time Password (OTP).
  2. Enter the OTP into the provided input field to verify your phone number.
  3. If you didn’t receive an OTP, you can request it to be resent by clicking the Resend OTP option.
  4. Once verified, you’ll proceed to complete the registration process.

Email Verification

  1. After submitting your registration form, you will receive an email verification link.
  2. Open the email and click the verification link to verify your email address.
  3. If you didn’t receive an email, check your spam/junk folder or request a new verification link.
  4. Once your email is verified, you can log in to your TrueKYC account.

Signing In

  1. Navigate to the Login page.
  2. Enter your registered email address and password.
  3. If OTP verification is required, you will receive a code on your registered phone number.
  4. Enter the OTP to complete the login process.
  5. Click Login to access your dashboard.

Forgot your password? Use the Forgot Password** option to reset your password via email.

Logging Out

  1. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page.
  2. Select Logout from the dropdown menu.
  3. You will be securely logged out of your TrueKYC account.

Logging out ensures that your session is securely closed and prevents unauthorized access to your account.
